The Lancashire countryside can be pretty chilly this time of year, and when it's cold outside there's only one place for an artist to be - working in front of the fire. Angela Wakefield's studio at Bee Mill in Ribchester is as warm as toast - and not only that - her paintings transport us to hotter climes. So all in all she's in a very desirable place at the moment!
