It's not for the faint hearted, but some creative people just love to battle the elements. Sion McIntyre is one such artist. Living on the Isle of Anglesey, in the shadow of the Snowdonian mountains, he has learned to work with all the extremes that the weather can throw at him, and what's more - he enjoys it!

Sion is fast gaining a reputation as the Bear Grylls of the art world. He's never happier than when he's scaling a remote rock face (paints and easel on his back) to secure the best vantage point, or trekking through the snowy foothills of the Ogwen Valley in search of some long forgotten long cottage.
